Zero Trust Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Zero Trust Consultant to help a consulting client expand their Zero Trust capabilities. You will work on designing, supporting and maintaining Zero Trust security architectures for enterprise environments, collaborating closely with senior team members and networking specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of Zero Trust architectures covering users, devices, applications, data and networks.
• Support secure access patterns using cloud‑based security platforms and SASE frameworks.
• Contribute to enterprise‑wide security blueprints, reference architectures, data‑protection and network‑segmentation strategies.
• Deploy, configure and optimise Zero Trust technologies, including policy creation, DLP, encryption, app segmentation and client rollout.
• Integrate Zero Trust solutions with identity providers, SIEM/SOAR, endpoint platforms and data repositories.
• Help migrate legacy VPN, proxy and firewall solutions to cloud‑native Zero Trust models.
• Participate in proof‑of‑concept evaluations, technical validation sessions and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in security architecture and a willingness to learn identity‑centric controls such as SSO, MFA and least‑privilege models.
• Ability to collaborate with networking and infrastructure teams on WAN, remote‑access and cloud‑security projects.
• Good analytical skills for threat modelling, gap assessments and risk evaluations.
