Zone Manager - Automotive Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Zone Manager to lead our automotive finance business across the Slough and surrounding area. The role is field‑based, giving you full ownership of a geographic zone and the opportunity to work directly with motor retailers to grow sales, profitability and finance‑and‑insurance (F&I) performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, market penetration and profitability for motor finance and F&I products.
• Promote a full suite of finance, GAP, insurance, warranty and service‑plan solutions.
• Identify and develop new business channels, including wholesale finance opportunities.
• Deliver training, coaching and performance reviews to retailer staff.
• Produce and manage territory business plans, forecasts and performance reports.
• Support retailers with pricing, system usage and compliance with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in motor finance, automotive F&I or field sales.
• Strong understanding of dealer operations and finance products.
• Commercial mindset with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to manage own diary.
