Zone Manager – Automotive Finance (Leeds)

About the role

The Solution Auto is seeking an experienced Zone Manager to lead automotive finance and F&I activities across a defined dealer territory in Leeds. This field‑based position combines sales, relationship management and strategic planning to drive volume, profitability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own a geographic zone and work closely with motor retailers to increase sales performance and profitability.
• Promote a full suite of motor finance, GAP, insurance, warranty and service‑maintenance products.
• Identify and develop new business channels, including wholesale finance opportunities.
• Deliver training, coaching and performance reviews to retailers.
• Implement structured Finance & Insurance development programmes.
• Produce and manage territory business plans, forecasts and performance reports.
• Support retailers with pricing, systems and process compliance, ensuring adherence to FCA regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in motor finance, automotive F&I or field sales.
• Strong understanding of dealer operations and finance products.
• Ability to develop retailers through training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to manage own diary.
• Educated to A‑Level standard or equivalent.
