About the role

Join Gumtree’s high‑impact sales team and help shape the future of its B2B marketplace. As an Account Executive you will sell the benefits of using Gumtree’s platform to businesses across Cars, Home Services, For Sale and Property categories, working in a hybrid model with three days in the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new B2B customers through outbound phone outreach.
  • Present Gumtree’s value proposition and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post‑sale relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
  • Track performance against targets and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high‑volume outbound B2B environment.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle (360° seller).
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Self‑starter with a high level of motivation and a results‑driven attitude.
