Account Manager – Car Finance & Leasing (Hybrid, £16.40/hr)

About the role

Our client, a global specialist in car finance and leasing, is seeking a temporary Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Manchester. The role is hybrid and runs for an initial nine‑month period with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 5‑500 vehicles, handling varying levels of customer complexity.
• Contact customers via email and phone to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Develop and nurture relationships across the portfolio while supporting the wider sales team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer service or account management, handling a high volume of clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, both internally and externally.
• Proactive, independent worker who can also seek support when needed.
• Uncompromising focus on customer satisfaction and problem‑solving.
