Account Manager – Creative Agency (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join a leading integrated creative agency in Manchester city centre. You will work within the client services team, managing relationships for a portfolio of global and regional brands across consumer and B2B sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring day‑to‑day satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate multi‑channel projects, covering both print and digital deliverables.
• Collaborate with creative, production and strategy teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop client briefs, present strategic recommendations and monitor campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Team‑player who can collaborate across disciplines.
• Experience as a Senior Account Executive moving to an Account Manager role, or at least one year as an Account Manager.
