Account Manager – Customer Success (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Seccl’s customer‑focused team in London. Working hybrid, you will act as a trusted commercial partner for senior stakeholders at our client firms, helping them maximise the value of our investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of complex B2B customer accounts, building trusted relationships with senior commercial, operational and leadership teams.
• Develop strategic account plans that align client growth objectives with Seccl’s commercial goals.
• Drive adoption of new platform features and run regular business and governance reviews using performance data.
• Identify renewal, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities while balancing customer needs and long‑term partnership goals.
• Support customers through incidents and escalations, providing clear, commercially‑aware communication.
• Collaborate with Product, Launch, Customer Support and Commercial teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and shaping future product improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex B2B relationships in advice, platform, fintech or financial‑services technology.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and handling ambiguous, sensitive situations.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to create structured account plans.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment, including Consumer Duty.

Required skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts such as APIs and integrations in clear, practical terms.

What we offer

• Salary £65,000‑£80,000, reviewed annually.
