Account Onboarding Manager – Fixed Term (14 months)

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Account Onboarding Manager on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract to ensure seamless onboarding and change management for institutional clients across EMEA and global mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, custodians, transition managers and internal partners to coordinate onboarding of new institutional clients (both segregated and investing into IVZ funds) within EMEA and globally managed mandates.
• Coordinate client change‑management events, such as transitions between custodians/KVGs for EMEA and global mandates.
• Manage the closure of institutional accounts within EMEA and globally managed mandates.
• Perform department‑wide administrative duties, including daily rota participation, broker mailbox management, schedule maintenance and weekly stakeholder meeting minutes.
• Identify and recommend improvements to onboarding and change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the asset‑management industry.
• Transitions, onboarding or operations experience is desirable.
• Relevant industry examinations (IAQ and IMC).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward change.
• Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with internal departments.
• Understanding of the asset‑management ecosystem, trade life‑cycle, investment functions (legal, compliance, investment, risk) and operations (trade processing, corporate actions, reconciliations), as well as custodians and fund accountants.
