Accounts Payable (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our finance team in Birmingham. The role is hybrid, offering a mix of office‑based collaboration and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve queries promptly.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and support month‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals.
• Assist in reporting and analysis of cash‑flow related to payables.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
