About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Database Administrator to join Babel’s technology consulting team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing SQL Server environments for our multinational clients, ensuring high performance and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and operate SQL Server databases.
• Perform performance tuning, indexing and query optimization.
• Design, implement and maintain high‑availability solutions such as AlwaysON.
• Lead database migrations and conduct architecture reviews.
• Monitor critical environments and resolve incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on database administration experience.
• Strong background with SQL Server in multi‑client or high‑availability settings.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle critical incidents.
