ADT Operator – Articulated Dump Truck Driver

About the role

We are seeking a skilled ADT Operator to join our earthworks team on a busy construction project in Hailsham. You will operate articulated dump trucks safely and efficiently, supporting cut‑and‑fill, bulk excavation and site formation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate articulated dump trucks across the site in all ground conditions.
• Transport bulk excavation and fill materials to and from designated locations.
• Work as part of an earthworks team to support cut‑and‑fill operations.
• Carry out daily pre‑start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks.
• Communicate service requirements to site management in a timely manner.
• Maintain plant to a high standard and report any defects immediately.

Required profile

• CPCS / NPORS (CSCS‑affiliated) Dump Truck – Articulated certification.
• Safety Critical Medical card (site specific).
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades.
• Right to work in the UK.

• CPCS / NPORS Dump Truck – Articulated.
• CPCS / NPORS Excavator ±10t Tracked (desirable).
• CPCS Lifting Ops / NPORS Excavator as Crane (desirable).
• CPCS / NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper (desirable).
• CPCS / NPORS Ride‑On Roller (desirable).
• CPCS / NPORS Telehandler (desirable).
• GPS machine control experience (desirable).
