Advisory Associate – EMEA (Finance AI Solutions)

About the role

Rogo is looking for an Advisory Associate to join its EMEA Advisory team, helping top financial institutions adopt AI across their workflows and strategy. You will act as the bridge between Rogo’s technology and banking/ investment clients, driving adoption and delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with bankers and investors at existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo’s AI solutions.
• Lead client engagements from pre‑sale through up‑sell, building consultative relationships and tailoring product demos to specific use cases such as public company research, M&A advisory, and diligence workflows.
• Partner with marketing to create content that resonates with financial professionals and act as the “Voice of the Customer” for sales and product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to further Rogo’s market perception as a credible AI partner.

Required profile

• 3+ years of front‑office experience at a top‑tier investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm, or hedge fund.
• Strong executive engagement skills with the ability to build credibility with senior decision‑makers.
• Outstanding presentation abilities, both impromptu and structured demos.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform financial services and experience in business development or client relationship management.
• High‑intensity, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
