AI Engineer

About the role

Build the AI systems our users actually experience. We are seeking a dynamic AI Engineer with 5+ years experience to design, build, and deploy autonomous, user‑facing AI solutions that operate reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI solutions end‑to‑end, from concept through production and ongoing optimisation.
• Architect LLM‑powered applications, multi‑agent workflows and autonomous systems.
• Orchestrate LLMs via advanced prompt engineering and fine‑tuning.
• Deploy and monitor AI services in production, tracking quality, hallucination rates and decision accuracy.
• Build scalable, cost‑effective infrastructure with automated evaluation and fallback mechanisms.
• Ensure security, compliance and rapid iteration based on user feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or software development with production AI deployment experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with strong AI/ML/NLP foundations.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with Java or Kotlin, plus solid API design experience.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph and LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Skilled in prompt engineering and orchestrating AI agents or chatbots.
• Experience with cloud AI services (Azure preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
