AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer to design, build and support AI‑powered tools within our Digital Innovation team. The role focuses on delivering Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions that boost productivity and automation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI‑powered business solutions.
• Build Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
• Support AI governance, security and compliance requirements.
• Create user guidance and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
• Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI agents and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
