Airport Services Agent – 12‑Month Contract (Manchester)

About the role

We are seeking an Airport Services Agent to join our team in Manchester on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will deliver five‑star service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable airport experience while adhering to safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with check‑in, transfer desks and related areas to facilitate passenger acceptance.
• Escort and direct arriving and departing passengers to hotels, visa counters, transfer desks, premium lounges and boarding gates.
• Assist the Duty Officer with handling company materials and records.
• Coordinate with the Ground Handling Agent for efficient processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
• Supervise GHA staff during flights to maintain Qatar Airways service quality.
• Organise check‑in counters and manage documentation issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in the airline, travel or hospitality sector.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork orientation.
• Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
