Amazon Marketplace Manager – International DTC Brand

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, internationally recognised DTC consumer brand that needs an Amazon Marketplace Manager to own its Amazon channel across the UK, US, Canada, Australia and Europe. This hands‑on role goes beyond basic listing and PPC management, giving you full commercial ownership and the chance to shape Amazon’s contribution to the wider ecommerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Full commercial ownership of Amazon performance across multiple regions.
• Develop and execute the international Amazon growth strategy.
• Own revenue, ROAS, ACOS, spend and overall marketplace performance.
• Optimise listings – titles, copy, keywords, imagery and A+ content.
• Design market‑specific strategies and pricing/promotional plans while protecting profitability.
• Manage Amazon advertising using Perpetua and leverage Helium 10 for data‑driven insights.
• Lead product launches and select appropriate fulfilment models per market.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and operations teams on campaigns.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, product duplication and IP issues.
• Provide Amazon insights to influence broader DTC and ecommerce strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on Amazon Marketplace experience.
• Proven experience managing Amazon across multiple international markets, especially the US.
• Strong Seller Central knowledge and ownership of significant Amazon revenue or growth targets.
• Expertise in Amazon advertising, preferably with Perpetua and Helium 10.
• Deep understanding of Amazon content, merchandising and conversion.
• Ability to work closely with marketing, creative, ecommerce, trading and operations teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence to make quick decisions.
• Background in consumer, lifestyle, FMCG, DTC or product‑led brands is a plus.
