Appointment Setter – Immediate Start

About the role

As an Appointment Setter you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to a leading tax research platform and arranging high‑quality appointments for sales consultants. The role is based in a modern Central London office and is available for immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to tax professionals and decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and follow up on outreach activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
• Stay informed on tax industry trends and product updates.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred).
• Experience engaging with senior C‑suite decision makers.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Interest in finance, tax, or legal technology is a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or other CRM) experience.
