Arabic (Gulf) Language Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a native Arabic (Gulf) language specialist to help train large‑scale AI models. You will work remotely, interacting with the model in Gulf Arabic, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy, and providing feedback that improves the system’s understanding of regional dialects.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in conversational sessions with the AI across diverse topics using Gulf Arabic.
• Verify linguistic accuracy, grammar, idiomatic expressions, and cultural relevance.
• Document error traces, failure modes, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Collaborate with the data‑science team to refine training data and model reasoning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work involving Gulf Arabic.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills – you must be able to “show your work” clearly.
