Architect / Architectural Technician – 3+ yrs experience

About the role

An established architectural practice in Northampton is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician/Technologist with around three years of experience. You will join a collaborative team delivering residential, education, commercial and community projects, gaining exposure across all project stages.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across multiple sectors from planning to construction information.
• Produce planning, technical and construction drawing packages.
• Assist with planning applications and Building Regulations submissions.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and contractors.
• Coordinate project details and technical detailing.

Required profile

• Architect, Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist qualification.
• Approximately 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong technical understanding and construction knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• AutoCAD proficiency (essential).
• Revit experience (beneficial).
