Assistant Billings Manager – Finance (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Billings Manager to join our fast‑growing finance team in Central London. Working in a hybrid model, you will support the Billings Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue reporting across multiple streams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for POS, accommodation and corporate client revenue streams.
• Reconcile and review billing data from EPOS and CRM systems, ensuring correctness of complex billing items.
• Produce daily sales and revenue reports, monitor billing exceptions and support monthly reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain robust billing documentation to meet audit, VAT and revenue‑recognition standards.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives by supporting billing automation, identifying recurring issues and contributing to system enhancements and testing.
• Act as a finance partner to Operations and Sales, resolving billing queries and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a billing, revenue or finance‑focused role.
• Strong understanding of accounting, VAT and revenue‑recognition principles.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, commercial environment and manage multiple priorities.
