Assistant Corporate Tax Manager (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Corporate Tax Manager to join our finance team in the London area. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting the company’s tax strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing tax planning strategies.
• Ensure ongoing tax compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns and related filings.
• Interpret and apply relevant tax legislation and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal finance partners and external advisors to align tax initiatives.
• Monitor changes in local and international tax rules and advise on impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax planning and compliance processes.
• Hands‑on experience preparing corporate tax returns.
• Strong understanding of tax law and corporate tax structures.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication of complex tax concepts.
• Professional qualifications such as CTA, ACA or ACCA are a plus.
• Experience with both domestic and cross‑border tax regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
