Associate Product Specialist – Investor Relations

About the role

The Associate Product Specialist will work on Greystar’s Global Product Specialist team, supporting fund formation and capital‑raising activities for European commingled funds. The role sits at the intersection of Investor Relations and capital‑raising, providing exposure to marketing, investor communications, due‑diligence, data projects and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end investor due‑diligence process, preparing and coordinating responses to questionnaires and information requests.
• Support fundraising initiatives across European commingled funds, including market positioning, investor outreach, data analysis and closing assistance.
• Respond to investor inquiries accurately and professionally, guiding them through the fundraising pipeline.
• Coordinate and attend investor meetings and property tours in London, with occasional travel to other offices.
• Manage internal project workstreams and facilitate cross‑functional discussions.
• Prepare marketing and investor materials such as pitchbooks, fund offering documents and DDQs, ensuring compliance review.

Required profile

• Experience handling investor due‑diligence processes and responding to investor inquiries.
• Ability to coordinate investor meetings, property tours and travel as needed.
• Strong project‑management skills with a capacity to lead internal discussions across multiple teams.
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
