Associate Relationship Management (French Speaking)

About the role

Moody's is looking for a motivated Associate in Relationship Management who will support Relationship Managers across the EMEA region. The role focuses on delivering premium customer service, driving revenue growth, and helping clients navigate risk with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in expanding mandates and revenue within assigned regions.
• Support new and existing customer portfolios across EMEA.
• Prepare meeting materials, follow‑up documentation, and manage sales‑process administration in Salesforce.
• Conduct research and market intelligence to promote Moody's offerings, especially in sustainable finance and emerging risk areas.
• Provide event, conference, and marketing support, and interact directly with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, and Billing/Collections.
• Contribute to special projects, ad‑hoc initiatives, and train new team members.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively.
• Fluent in English and professional‑level French (C1).
• Basic understanding of artificial‑intelligence concepts and a keen interest in responsible AI practices.
• Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent.
