B2B Sales Manager – Corporate Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially‑astute B2B Sales Manager with experience in corporate real estate or hospitality sales. You will lead a team of Sales Executives, motivate them to exceed targets, and build strong relationships with clients, brokers and agents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Sales Executives, ensuring target achievement.
• Build and maintain a network of brokers and agents.
• Drive sales conversions, lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Oversee CRM systems, improve efficiency and produce regular management reports.
• Develop and maintain sales pipelines and lead flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a business development or sales‑management role, preferably within real estate or hospitality.
• Strong team‑leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Good business acumen, negotiation ability and target‑driven mindset.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
