As a Back of House Team Member, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure every dish meets our high standards of excellence, contributing to the magic of Everyman.

Missions principales

• Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes, including burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates, following established recipes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Maintain impeccable food quality and presentation standards for every order leaving the kitchen.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
• Assist in managing stock and maintaining an organized workspace.

Profil recherché

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Cook, Kitchen Assistant, Chef de Partie, etc.) is preferred, but we welcome highly motivated beginners.
• A true passion for food, quality ingredients, and exceptional customer service.
• A dynamic, hardworking, and positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work autonomously when required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts to support cinema operations.
