About the role

Join a market‑leading Dispute Resolution team in London, handling complex, high‑value banking and finance disputes across multiple jurisdictions. You will work alongside senior litigation specialists to advise financial institutions, corporates and high‑net‑worth individuals on a broad range of regulatory and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on banking, finance and regulatory disputes from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions and other court documents with a focus on accuracy and commercial impact.
• Support urgent applications, cross‑border litigation and multi‑jurisdictional cases.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in banking and finance litigation.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, confident in managing client relationships and competing priorities.
• Interest in mentoring junior colleagues and developing a long‑term career in disputes.
