Barista – Flexible 12‑hour contract

About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a Barista and help create great coffee and memorable experiences for customers. You will work flexible shifts that suit both your needs and the store’s schedule, delivering warm, energetic service in a friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve great coffee and deliver an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu and maintain high standards of product quality.
- Keep the store clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store operates efficiently.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
