About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Worthing as a Barista, working flexible 30‑hour weeks. You will create great coffee and memorable experiences for customers while enjoying a schedule that adapts to your needs. You will work onsite in a vibrant café environment, contributing to a team that values warmth and progress.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and beverages.
• Deliver an energising and friendly customer experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and uphold menu standards.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming and operating smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the store runs efficiently.
