About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our Costa Coffee store in High Wycombe. You will work flexible 30‑hour weeks, including weekends, delivering great coffee and a warm customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Ensure the store runs smoothly by restocking and handling cash.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive attitude.
- Accountable with pride in delivering quality.
- Calm, composed with strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
