About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Newcastle Upon Tyne as a Barista, delivering great coffee and a warm customer experience. You will work flexible shifts that fit both your needs and the store’s schedule, on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities
- Serve high‑quality coffee and create an energising customer experience.
- Master the menu and uphold Costa’s standards for product quality.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and smoothly running store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates at its best.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.

- Hourly pay of £13.12 – £14.12 (location dependent).
