About the role
As a Barista at Costa Coffee you will craft great coffee and create memorable experiences for customers. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time shifts to fit your schedule while working in a friendly, bustling café environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage menu items to high standards.
- Deliver an energising, customer‑focused service throughout each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the store running smoothly.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
- Calm, composed and strong communication skills.
- Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.
