About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Cheltenham as a Barista, delivering great coffee and a warm customer experience across flexible 12‑hour shifts. You’ll work in a busy store, supporting the team to keep the venue welcoming and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe store environment.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and handle customer enquiries.
• Ensure stock levels are managed and displays are well presented.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets and uphold brand values.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong customer focus.
• Adaptable, resourceful and able to work calmly under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment.
• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
