About the role
Join Costa Coffee in Exeter as a Barista and help create great coffee moments for customers. You’ll work flexible shifts that fit both your schedule and the store’s needs while delivering a warm, energising experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other menu items to high standards.
- Provide an energising and friendly customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficiently running store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Resourceful, adaptable and positive with a can‑do attitude.
- Accountable and proud of delivering quality work.
