About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a Barista Maestro and lead a vibrant team in delivering exceptional coffee experiences. This full‑time position (35 hours per week) is based in our Liverpool store and offers a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high‑quality service.
• Train, coach and support new baristas to develop their skills.
• Motivate and energise the team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain Costa’s standards for coffee preparation and overall service excellence.
• Adapt quickly to challenges, using resourcefulness to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, confident and able to lead others.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
• Previous experience as a team leader or a strong willingness to step into the role.
