Barista Team Leader – 35h Contract

About the role
We are looking for a Barista Team Leader to join our Costa Coffee store in Braintree. This 35‑hour per week role involves leading shifts, supporting the team and ensuring excellent coffee service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and maintain high service standards.
- Train and support new baristas, fostering a motivated team.
- Maintain coffee quality and store cleanliness.
- Adapt resources and solve problems to keep operations running well.
Required profile
- Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable and resourceful.
- Previous experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.
