About the role
As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee you will help create great coffee experiences and memorable moments for customers. You will bring energy, confidence and support to each shift while enjoying flexible working patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure high service standards.
- Train, coach and support new Baristas.
- Motivate and energise the team to maintain coffee excellence.
- Maintain high standards across service and product quality.
- Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep operations running well.
Required profile
- Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
- Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
