About the role

Join Costa Coffee in Bristol as a Barista and Team Member, delivering great coffee and memorable experiences to customers. You’ll work flexible shifts in a friendly, fast‑paced environment, helping the store run smoothly while showcasing your enthusiasm for coffee culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and other menu items.
• Provide an energising, welcoming customer experience on every shift.
• Maintain product knowledge and uphold Costa’s quality standards.
• Keep the store clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the store operates efficiently.

Required profile

• Resourceful, adaptable and positive attitude.
• Accountable with pride in delivering quality work.
• Calm, composed approach with strong communication skills.
• Genuine people focus and enthusiasm for teamwork.

Required skills

• Coffee preparation and machine operation.
• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale experience.
• Understanding of health and safety standards in a retail setting.
