Bilingual Sales Engineer – Remote (France)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Engineer to join Sectigo’s global team. This full‑time, remote position based in France combines direct customer engagement with technical support for our sales organization. It is ideal for early‑career professionals who want to deepen their expertise in security solutions and grow into a senior sales engineering role.

Key responsibilities

• Support mid‑market, enterprise and eCommerce sales teams throughout the sales cycle with technical input, project coordination and customer management.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
• Plan and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, gradually taking on greater responsibility.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, RFPs and RFIs, contributing technical documentation and responses.
• Gather and relay customer feedback, product improvement ideas and feature requests to Product Management.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers on channel partner projects, customer onboarding and technology alliances.
• Maintain demo, sandbox and lab environments, and create customized demo content for prospect use cases.
• Document repeatable solutions, product tips and internal knowledge to support team scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 + years of relevant professional experience, or 3 + years in a pre‑sales, technical consulting or solution engineering role.
• Solid understanding of networking, SSL/TLS, PKI and web infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with public and private PKI, including design and management of private Certificate Authorities and Zero Trust security principles.
