Bilingual TikTok Shop Account Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our fast‑growing social commerce team. Working remotely from the UK, you will manage TikTok Shop activities for leading brands across key European markets, collaborating with clients, creators and internal teams to drive engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the implementation of deliverables across client accounts, covering TikTok Shop, affiliate programmes and social commerce initiatives.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of creator partnerships, content shoots and TikTok Shop LIVE events.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting calls with senior external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies for creator collaborations, affiliate programmes, TikTok Shop campaigns and LIVE commerce.
• Monitor, track and report on sales, affiliate performance and paid activity, escalating issues with actionable solutions.
• Identify new growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion for existing clients.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the e‑commerce ecosystem, including websites, TikTok Shop and other channels.
• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts, lives and campaigns.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for TikTok, creative content and social commerce.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
