BIM Lead – Architecture & Interior Design Studio

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to join our award‑winning global architecture and interior design studio in Central London. You will head a small BIM specialist team, supporting architects and interior designers in the optimal use of Revit across all design stages and shaping bespoke BIM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BIM specialist team, ensuring high‑quality Revit modelling and coordination.
• Develop and implement practice standards and procedures aligned with ISO 19650.
• Create and maintain BIM content libraries and custom workflows.
• Provide guidance on new design technologies and coordinate with partners and associate directors.
• Manage BIM coordination using tools such as Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, or similar platforms.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Revit with extensive modelling, model management and content creation experience.
• Proven experience delivering BIM strategies on medium to large scale projects.
• Good understanding of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations.
• Familiarity with coordination tools such as Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360.
• Ideally, experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper and automation plugins.
• Previous role as BIM Manager or equivalent in a leading design studio.
