BIM Lead (Associate) – London

About the role

Our client is a progressive international architecture studio seeking a BIM Lead (Associate) to join their London office. The role offers the chance to shape digital design processes, build a dedicated BIM team, and contribute to high‑profile projects across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Set up Revit projects using approved templates and maintain BIM standards across studios.
• Develop delivery plans and optimise workflows for diverse architectural projects.
• Coordinate and maintain BIM models, supporting documents, and deliverables throughout project execution.
• Lead BIM Working Group meetings, prepare agendas, assign tasks and ensure continuous improvement of processes.
• Provide training and support on BIM tools to architectural and interior teams, including quality control.
• Create and update template files, develop Revit families, and establish visual standards for BIM outputs.
• Manage resources for the BIM team and oversee integration of BIM standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role on large architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, buildability and UK building regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and English language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper plug‑ins (beneficial).
• Advanced BIM knowledge and ability to develop and maintain BIM standards.
