About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Boutique Sales Assistant to join the Nespresso boutique inside Selfridges on Oxford Street. You will help deliver a premium coffee experience to customers in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure a premium customer experience through exceptional service and flawless boutique performance.
- Welcome and engage customers, adapting the approach to meet individual needs.
- Act as a proud brand ambassador, promoting Nespresso’s quality and innovation.
Required profile
- Confident, charismatic individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers and support teammates.
- Retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting, or transferable skills from another sector.
