Branch Manager – Roofing Supplies

About the role

Our client, a leading supplier of roofing and construction materials, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its St Ives branch. You will own the performance, profitability and growth of the location, working closely with customers, suppliers and a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations, ensuring sales, margin and profitability targets are met.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Confident, commercially astute leader with experience in sales, operations or branch management, preferably within the roofing sector.
• Strong people‑management skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to balance strategic focus with hands‑on leadership.
