Brand and Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Brand and Community Manager to own our events programme and ensure our newly‑reimagined brand is consistently represented across every touch‑point. You will work closely with the commercial team, leadership and external partners to turn brand experiences into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book and execute go‑to‑market events, from large expos to niche sponsorships.
• Own lead‑generation targets linked to the events programme, balancing quantity and quality of outcomes.
• Manage end‑to‑end event delivery, including budgets, logistics, stand design, materials and post‑event follow‑up.
• Serve as the brand reference across the company, ensuring sales decks, event stands and communications stay on‑voice and on‑identity.
• Build and nurture a community of advocates—customers, partners and practitioners—through engaging event experiences.
• Track event ROI, leads generated, community growth and brand consistency, feeding insights back into planning.

Required profile

• Several years of B2B marketing experience with hands‑on event delivery.
• Commercial mindset focused on results rather than just execution.
• Creative eye for standing out in crowded event environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• Sharp writing ability and sensitivity to brand voice.
• Comfort with ambiguous briefs and a proactive start‑up attitude.
• Willingness to travel and be an energetic on‑site presence.
• Security or tech sector experience is a plus, not required.
