Breakfast & After School Club Assistant – Bawtry

About the role

Join our Active Care team in Bawtry as a Breakfast & After School Club Assistant. You will deliver creative, play‑based activities that inspire and entertain children aged 4–11, ensuring a smooth running of the club and building positive relationships with parents, children and school staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day operation of the Morning and After School Club
• Deliver an outstanding experience and act as a point of contact for parents and carers
• Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children in your care
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and school staff
• Prepare and serve a light breakfast/tea for attending children
• Support the ordering and management of food and supplies

Required profile

• Experience in a similar environment (wraparound care/holiday clubs)
• Experience in EYFS or assisting an out‑of‑school/sports club (desirable)
• Level 2/3 childcare or playwork qualification (desirable)
• Level 2 Food Hygiene (training can be provided)
• First Aid (training can be provided)
• Availability five days a week, Monday to Friday
