About the Role

Main Responsibilities

• Review and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design information.
• Verify technical plans and specifications in close collaboration with the Building Services Manager.
• Monitor on-site progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet technical standards.
• Support quality and compliance inspections throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate with subcontractors by organizing meetings and reviewing Method Statements.
• Participate in the full commissioning process, including planning, testing, and system handover.

Candidate Profile

• A proactive learner with a strong interest in building services and engineering.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding technical drawings and compliance.
