Business Analyst – Hybrid – Up to £60,000

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a well‑established organisation that is heavily investing in systems improvement, data capability and business transformation. The role is highly visible, bridging operational and technical stakeholders to improve processes and support key transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Running workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Producing process maps, user stories, functional specifications and business documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and system performance.
• Using SQL and Python to analyse, validate and interpret business data.
• Supporting ERP and operational systems enhancement projects.
• Working alongside developers, technical teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Supporting testing, UAT and successful solution delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within operational, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing or similar environments.
