Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a skilled, people‑focused Business Analyst to join our ICT, Data and Digital team. You will work across Wythenshawe Community Housing Group to understand challenges, identify opportunities and help shape solutions that improve services for colleagues and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current and future processes and propose improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions that help teams shape solutions and achieve shared outcomes.
• Support project delivery by defining requirements, shaping acceptance criteria and contributing to testing and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships across the organisation and act as a partner throughout change initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement, best practice and a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within digital services, ICT or a change environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across several projects.
