Business Development Manager (Travel and Tourism)

About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive group travel sales for UK and Ireland destinations, working from North London with hybrid flexibility. You will create competitive quotes, nurture client relationships and coordinate with operations to deliver successful tours.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new and repeat group travel business for UK & Ireland.
- Prepare detailed quotations and itineraries for client groups.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to maximise margins.
- Ensure accurate booking information and smooth handover to operations.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to keep offers competitive.
Required profile
- Fluency in German, Italian or a Scandinavian language.
- Previous experience in a Destination Management or Travel Management Company.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK and Ireland as travel destinations.
- Strong communication and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.

- Salary between £32,000 and £39,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
