Business Manager – Finance & Insurance (MINI)

About the role

Sytner MINI Slough is seeking a Business Manager to lead its Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the centre of every sales enquiry, ensuring customers understand their commitments while driving add‑on revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Finance & Insurance team.
• Develop and motivate the sales staff to exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with fair‑trading standards and transparent customer communication.
• Manage weekend and flexible working patterns to maximise customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager in an automotive or finance environment.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on shared objectives.
